FAQ
Please, do not order a week before an event. As a rule, we do not process these orders. Chances are that it will not arrive in time, and it will be returned shortly. This causes undesired expenses on both ends.
How do I place an order?
There are several ways you can place an order. The simplest way is by picking a product, choosing the quantity of the item and then adding it to your shopping cart. You can also choose to place your order over the phone by calling our toll-free number 1-866-447-6882.
Can I order through online chat?
Unfortunately we cannot accept orders through online chat but you may use this service Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm EST.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery cards. Once your order is placed you can send your check to

Do you charge sales tax?
No we do not charge sales tax for any items purchased.
What if I want to see my item can I order a sample?
Yes you may with the exception of personalized favors. If you wish to order a sample you will be charged the price of the item plus shipping charges. If you decide that you like the item and would like to purchase for your wedding we will refund your original shipping cost.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
You can make changes or cancel your order as long as it has not been processed this excludes personalized favors. If you decide to cancel or change an order we recommend that you contact CustomerService@BridalBuyout.com immediately so that a member of our staff may assist you as soon as possible.
Can I return personalized items?
Because these items are personalized they cannot be resold so they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Can I return edible items?
Because these items are edible they are non-refundable-non-returnable
Do you charge re-stocking fees?
We do not charge a re-stocking fee for acceptable returns.
Shipping Questions
What if my order was damaged upon delivery?
After you have inspected all the items for damage please contact our customer service department at CustomerService@BridalBuyout.com no later than 7 days of receipt and a customer service representative will contact you in helping you file a claim with UPS if deemed necessary.
If I have returned an item how long will it be until I recieve my refund?
After we have recieved your items we will send you an email confirming the amount to be credited to your account. credit will be issued in 5-7 business days. Please allow time for your banking institution to credit your account.
How are shipping charges calculated?
We have a flat-rate shipping charge of $6.50 for ground shipping.
If you choose to expedite your order, the shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of the products ordered. No additional charges are added when shipped within the 50 US states. We only charge the rates that UPS calculates based on weight and destination.
Do you charge handling fees?
If your order is to be shipped within the 50 US states we do not charge a handling fee.
What shipping methods do you use?
United Parcel Service(UPS) is our sole Shipping method for all orders shipped within the USA, Canada, and Internationally. Although standard ground shipping is the preferred method we also offer (Next Day Air, 2ND Day Air, and 3 Day Select). For all Canadian orders Ground and Air shipping is available.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most Orders are processed within 1-3 days, Please allow an extra 5-7 days for delivery. Due to the nature of personalized orders, processing times will vary(Please see personalized item page for details). If you need your order quickly, we have multiple shipping methods available to expedite your delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we can ship to anywhere within the United States and Canada. Please be aware that Canada has a flat rate shipping fee of $22.00
